WATER ON MARS?
Most scientists are sure now that MARS used to have a large amount of water on the surface, because they can see riverbeds, but where did all this water go? Probably into the ground, where it is now frozen.
Our earth has a lot of water on it too. About 71% of this planet is covered by water which we divide into 5 oceans : Pacific, Atlantic, Antarctic, Arctic and Indian.
The Bible says there was a time only a few thousand years ago when this planet was covered by water. This flood lasted about 1 year, and at the end of the flood God made the mountains rise and the ocean beds sink, which helped the water run off..
