Wording of this Handout:
1. Get a large pot and put two cups of warm water, 1 tablespoon of yeast, and a spoon of sugar.
2. Leave the pot somewhere warm for 20 minutes.
3. Add 6 cups of flour, a teaspoon of salt, and a little more warm watter. You should now have about half a pot of moist dough.
4. Leave the dough for an hour to rise, then tip it on a bench (counter top) with flour on it. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, adding a little flour to keep it from getting too sticky.
5. Put the dough into oven trays. Fill only half the trays. Leave in a warm place for about an hour to rise.
6. Bake at 180° for one hour. Take out and cover with cloths to steam for 15 minutes. Store in a plastic bag when cooled.
