246 - Who made God?

Who made God?
This question has usually come to me from people who never read the Bible. They have tried to work our something mysterious with their tiny brain, failed... and then thrown this rather stupid question at me as if to say "There! You can't answer me, so I don't think much of your Christian beliefs!"
But for those who are seriously interested in understanding, the Bible tells us that God is always there, in the present, now, this moment. He calls Himself "I AM" which is the present tense. His full name is "I AM That I AM" which translates as YAHWEH or Jehovah.
When Jesus, the Son of God, was about to be arrested, he used the name of God and the effect was quite disturbing. People fell to the ground! They were bowled over by a tiny glimpse of the power and glory hidden in the name of God.
God was never made, or created. He has no beginning, and no end. He has never improved. He has never needed to learn anything because He already knows everything. The past, the present and the future all lie open before Him, so nothing ever takes Him by surprise. As I said, this is a great mystery.
Isn't it great to be a child of this God?
Ok smarty- pants. If God was made, who made the God who made the God who made God?
