THis is the 13th poster by us.

Do you think you should be reading this?? You might have bad luck! I dare you to read it anyway.

Definition! Superstitions are things which people believe, even though there's no scientific basis for them.

A rabbit's foot can't make you lucky.

And shoes on the table can't make someone in the family die - unless perhaps they are incredibly smelly!

I knew a man who carried a Bible everywhere with him. He said it brought him luck!

He didn't read it... He just carried it around!

That's as silly as hanging a horse shoe on a house to make life go well for the people in it!

And here's another crazy belief:

Some people actually think that they can please God by trying to Be good! They don't realize what the Bible says about this.

Salvation must be by grace alone. We must put our trust totally in the Lord Jesus Christ.

If Salvation was by good works, and by being a nice person....Some people would make it!!

"For by grace are saved though faith... not of works lest any man should boast" Ephesians 2:8

You may think that tea leaves or stars can tell or rule you life.

But it all depends on someone's interpretation. You can't treat the Bible like that.

The Bible is a book of TRUTH. Just think about this one verse form it!

"To this end I was born, and for this cause I came into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth hears my voice" John 18:37
