Make A Fancy Belt

You will need:
Some thick, strong material
Scissors
A pencil and ruler
A safety pin


First measure how far it is round you waist

Use the pencil and ruler to measure a strip the same length

Cut the strip out

Cut along one edge, making the fringe

Overlap the two ends and attach them with a safety pin.
