Jam

Hace you ever made jam.? Maybe you have helped someone make it... and you might have noticed that some jams look much the same as others? Raspberry and strawberry are similar colors, and so are boysenberry and black currant.

So its a good idea to put labels on the jars, so people will know what sort of jam it is.

But what if you put the wrong labels on? That could cause confusion. People would read the label and think they were getting, say, marmalade, but they would taste apricot!

The best thing to do is put the right label on the right jam - its honest and helpful - and it also pays to be yourself, without pretending to be something on the outside which doesn't match what's on the inside.

I love good honest jam!
