Good fruit.

The best way to get a strong tree is to let the wind and weather work on it. The best way to build up muscles is to use them against resistance. The best way to toughen hands is to do some digging or grubbing for a few days.

God has designed this world so that the greater the difficulty, the greater the rewards.

It is the same for qualities of character. If we want to become patient, then we need trial which develops patience. If we want to have more love, we need o find something which is unlovable. For every quality we need an opposite trial.

once I was in a church where the leader was praying for more power. I almost laughed. Why? Because Christians have the Holy Spirit in them. He is the third peson of the Godhead. Where the Holy Spirit goes, so does the Son and the Father. Do we really need more power than the Godhead!!!?

God has already given to us all the qualities we need, but we need trials and difficulties to find them.

I'm hanging around you because I need more patience!!
