Languages.

Some people think that if you learn one language, it makes it easier to learn another one. They think this because of a theory that all languages have common roots.

But the truth is, each main language is so different from all the other main languages, when you try to learn a new one you have to start right at the beginning each time.

The reason why is because God created all the main languages soon after the Great flood of Noah's day. The people then all spoke one language, until the miracle happened. Language is therefore created by ability - not something which people have gradually learned and developed.

Today's languages are different from the original ones, but there are still many distinctive features about them which makes them as separate from each other as fish and birds.
