Keeping things going.

If you leave your bicycle outside on the lawn, you can guess what will happen to it. Slowly, after a few days, it will begin to look dirty. Spiders will make webs on it, birds will perch on it, and if it rains, dirty water will splash onto it.

If you leave there for a few months, your bike will rust, perish, and fall to bits.

So the best way to care for you bike it to clean it, oil it, and keep it sheltered.

Its the same thing for you Christian life. If you don't read the bible, pray, and keep in good fellowship with other strong Christians, your Christian life will rust, perish and fall to bits.

I seem to be getting along ok without reading my Bible...?
