CARD MODEL
Cut out the shape and fold the dotted part ready for the card backing.

When the inside part is folded ready, glue it inside the card along these two edges.

Fold the top bit, where the star is, down. Make sure this inside part fits inside the card before you glue the outer edge.

Glue the outer edge of the folding part to the other edge of the card.

Glue this to this edge.
