Poems by Deborah Smith Plemmons

God's Four Seasons
While the earth remaineth, seed time and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. Genesis 8:22. Read Ecclesiastes 3:1-11.
Waiting For The Day
For those who have accepted Christ as Lord and Savior, will one day see their loved ones who have believed up in Heaven. What a glorious day that will be.
What I Hold Dear
Sometimes, I get a writer's block. Even in those times, God seems to help me write the things I hold dear in my life.
Only Once, But No More
When God saved me, He saved me for all eternity. I'm sealed with His Holy Spirit until the day of my redemption.
No Regard For Life
John 13:24 - A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. Read Exodus 20.
God's Unfailing Love
I Corinthians 13:8 - Charity (love) never faileth. God's love never fails. May we show others this kind of love.
They Wrote It In A Book
Thus speaketh the Lord God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book. Jeremiah 30:2. Many godly men penned the Words that God told them to write. Today, we read and study those very Words written so long ago.
My Lord's Provisions
Psalm 36:9 - For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light. The Lord provides our needs physically and spiritually. We should not want for anything.
The Nativity
We can read in Matthew 1 and Luke 2, the story of Christ's birth. Many display the Manger Scene or The Nativity every Christmas. This poem is about "The Nativity".
