The Crucifixion
If you've ever felt abandoned then He can relate, just read the crucifixion story and observe the Son being painfully abandoned by all-even the Father-on yours and my behalf. Then never feel alone again in your pain because He (our Lord) has been there.

Mercy & Truth finalist in poetry contest
Just a tiny insight into God's beautifully amazing, astounding, and complex character. For further study, Hosea 2:19 & 20, Psalm 85:10, John 1:14, Isaiah 32:17.

A Holy Invitation
This poem poured out from my spirit in almost a rap-like style. It's unique to all of my other poems in that each end word consistently rhymes the whole way through. The theme of the poem is a call to His amazing salvation!

The Colors of Age finalist in poetry contest
This poem describes some of the changes I've walked through since having breast cancer 4 years ago. I'm cancer free now praise be to God!

Solomon's Wisdom
My inspiration for this poem comes from the Bible verse, Hebrews 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him."

Shelter of Grace
I wrote this poem after reading, He Still Move Stones, by author Max Lucado. This poem, though very familiar to the one of the woman caught in the act of adultery in the Bible, is actually a reflection of my own story of miraculous salvation.

The Great Grace Rescue!
I wrote this poem in one of those moments where you just pause and take in the truly astounding and unexplainable love of Christ! At such great cost, He first loved me!
