Heaven Waits

And that reigns true, until the end
Bound as one we will grow old
Our lives entwined, while hands we hold
While on this earth, stay close to me
Our eyes will see more than some see
Our minds climb high, though we are still
God lifts us with such love we're filled
Poor in being, richly devoted
Day by day, our lives unfolded
One day we will meet at the gate
Just for us two, Heaven waits
