GOD IS IN CONTROL

Climbing prices and stagnant wages
and God is in control
Fools want to re-write history's pages
Still God is in control

Lying Leaders and evil scheming
Yet God is in control
Protestor's march and crowds are screaming
And God is in control

The rich get richer while others are homeless
Yet God is in control
We vote for Politicians, greedy & boneless
Still God is in control

Pestilence spreads across many places
But God is in control
Hospitals can't cope with multiple cases
But God is in control

I'm not afraid of world events
I'm never sitting on the fence
The book is written, the prophecy true
Jesus will always get me through

Rumors start and gossip spreads
Still God is in control
Life's troubles pull at sanity's threads
Still God is in control

Dictator's rule and prisons fill
And God is in control
Traffic backed up to a standstill
And God is in control

No Toilet Paper in the shops
But God is in control
No Respect for Elders or Cops
But God is in control

The way things are time must be short
Mans kingdom has a bad report
The Judgement cometh, an imminent thing
God is in control of Everything.
