Eternal Investments

When we invest our money in stocks,
We expect to see that money grow,
But sometimes we experience losses,
Or our gains may be little or low.

If we invest our time and our money
In the work of our Savior and Lord,
And we do it because we love Him,
We can then expect an eternal reward.

When we witness to those who are lost,
And for Christ we seek to win souls,
We are dealing in eternal investments,
Which will last while eternity rolls.

What we do for our Lord and Savior
Will last throughout all eternity.
I choose to serve my precious Lord,
For His servant, I always want to be.
