The places we will go

by Matt Gullett

Oh the places we will go
When clothed in robes like snow.

Our battles will be all past
I'm sure we'll have a blast.

The infinite realms of glory
Will never tell his total story.

We'll dash past long lost memories
And long forgotten centuries.

The glories of deep space
Will pass before our face.

The depths of water vast
Will slip by oh so fast.

When eons have stacked up high
We'll still have far more sky.

His kingdom does not end
Yet he will be our friend.

Our eyes will see his glory
Yet we'll never know his total story.

But found in his embrace
We will forever gaze upon his face.
