LOVE YOUR PARENTS

REMEMBER YOUR PARENTS

Our Parents should always be Remembered;
Think about them often,
Not only on Thanksgiving day in November.
But many days they are our best friends,
And we should always hold then very dear;
They were responsible for us,
Until we left home with tears.
Think about the times they tried to make us see;
The kind of God fearing people we should be.
They grew corn, okra, and potatoes for us to eat;
And five times a week we had meat.
They taught us to love Jesus Christ,
And His Heavenly Father above;
For us to worship Him on the Sabbath day,
And give him our loyalty and love.
Our parents taught us to be honest, kind, loving and true;
So we need to love them dearly too.
And don't forget to love first your God.

Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another,
that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a
righteous man availed much.
James 5:16
