To all my friends

To all my friends, I’ll miss,
I have some news to share
Of all the plans and blessings
Our Lord has now prepared.

He’s lead me to a new love,
And a purpose to fulfill
A chosen town to move to
A life to do His will.

This all has brought me joy
But also brings me sadness
For all my friends are here
That’s filled my life with gladness.

You all have been a blessing
In each a different way
The memories that we shared
In my heart they'll always stay.

Know that I am here for you
Although I’m miles away
To encourage and support you
To walk along God’s way.

To you I say “I’ll miss you”
And in my thoughts you’ll be
And know that you are loved
By our Lord and by me.
