My Sin Debt, Paid In Full

by Margaret Cagle

"Paid in full" is a rubber stamp
That sits on my desk top.
It gives me joy to use it.
It means those payments can stop.

I never use this rubber stamp
Without my red ink pad.
"Paid in full," stamped in red
Makes me feel very glad.

I could not pay my sin debt.
For us, Christ was sacrificed.
My sin debt was paid in full
By the blood of Jesus Christ.

Yes, Jesus paid my debt of sin.
He shed His blood for me.
I accepted Him as my Savior.
I have salvation, full and free.

When Satan makes me doubt it,
I say, "I'm saved! I know I am!
My debt of sin is paid in full
By the precious blood of the Lamb!"
