Honoring Our Flag

June fourteenth is Flag Day
In our nation, the USA.
Hail to the red, white, and blue!
These colors we will display.

That flag survived many conflicts,
Wars that took their tolls.
Many died on those battlefields.
Freedom from tyranny was the goal.

Christians must remember,
We have a Christian Flag too.
We need to display it proudly,
As well as the red, white, and blue.

That flag stands for our Savior,
Crucified and risen is He.
He died for the sins of each one,
And He's coming back, you see.
