The Place

Sitting here with my coffee cup, thoughts enter my mind,
Of a time back when there wasn't today's bump and grind.
When one man "JESUS" was put here to change the world as they knew,
This man was the wisest, so honest and true.

He spoke of a kingdom, better then any other,
Where every man or woman would be sister and brother.
Every one has a chance to enter, including you,
But there are a few things that you first have to do.

Proclaim him Lord and let your new life begin.
And go into the water to wash away all your sin.
Walk as he did and spread the good word,
And try you're hardest to be heard.

By every person that really doesn't know,
That the Kingdom is the best place to go.
This will insure that you will have a place
In the wonderful land of GODS HOLY GRACE
