Take a step back and look at the fire in my eyes
This fire burns brighter than the stars in the sky
This everlasting blaze burns in my soul
To reach the world, young and old

Take a step back and feel His love for you
Jesus died and made you brand new
His actions changed the course of history
The depth of His love for us is a mystery

Take a step back and look at this conflagration
His love for us stirred up a nation
The whole world was affected by His care
Soon we will ascend with Him in the air
