The Scope of God's Love

If I had a microscope,
I know I couldn’t see
just how humongous
Jesus’ love is for me.

If I had a telescope,
I know I couldn’t see
just how massive
Jesus’ love is for me.

If I had a periscope,
I know I couldn’t see
just how fathomless
Jesus’ love is for me.

If I had a spectroscope,
I know I couldn’t see
just how magnificent
Jesus’ love is for me.

If I had a depth finder,
I know I couldn’t see
a deeper love than the one
Jesus has for me!

Ephesians 3:17-19

“That Christ may dwell
in your hearts by faith;
that ye, being rooted
and grounded in love,

May be able to comprehend
with all saints what is
the breadth, and length,
and depth, and height;

And to know the love of Christ,
which passeth knowledge,
that ye might be filled
with all the fulness of God.
