His Dwelling Place

by RG SMITH

What once was red as scarlet,
He's now made white as snow.
I walk upon the water.
Though the raging tempest blow.

Safe within God's Sanctuary,
Beneath the shadow of his wings.
Far above the worlds distractions,
And the care of earthly things.

Before His seat of mercy,
Boldly to His throne of grace.
All my sins have been forgiven,
Now I see Him face to face.

Midst eternal hallelujahs,
Nail scarred hands and feet embrace.
Then bow in humble adoration,
I have found His dwelling place.
