Knowing Him

Oh that I may know Him
The power of His might

Listen to His still small voice
And not depend on sight.

Receive His Word with child-like faith.
In darkness led by His eternal light.

Oh that I may know Him
Who's taken away my sin.

This one who simply speaks The Word
And life begins again.

How I long to see His face
This one who calls me friend.

Who left His glorious throne on high.
To die for sinful men.

As time comes to an end.

Faith looks to the eastern sky
