Temptations, Lies and The Devil

The devil's lies are as quicksand
Temptation drags lost souls under by hell's hand
But with Jesus I can hold off the temptations
Lean on His truth and embrace His salvation

We are tested in a world of sin
The downfall trap that man falls to again
The lies will surely take their toll
Trust in God, only in Him extol

Grace He gives to this world
Grace to every boy and girl
Forgiveness, peace, grace and love
All of which come from above

The Liar is always up and astir
24/7 lies from His lips hurled
The world subjected to His lies
Don't fall victim to his disguise
