Do not take appeal
To things of the world
Beware the enemy comes to steal
From you the blessings of the Lord
All that is in the world
Will not bring you reward
Steer clear from temptation
Remain steadfast in His direction
Abide in the Lord
And you will receive reward
For obeying His Word
And turning from the world
