Victory Assured

We’re calling angels of the LORD to fight,
As they hearken to the voice of God’s word.
Fresh armies from the throne of God with might,
Join forces for God’s victory assured.
Secure this ground that’s purchased by the blood
Of Jesus on the cross of Calvary.
Though Satan in our faces would sling mud,
Pierce through him with your swords repeatedly.
Into the pit he’s dug cause him to fall,
With his evil hosts, whether great or small,
For we have heard the Holy Spirit’s call
Issued in God’s word, written for us all.
Redemption has been paid for at the cross,
We count all that hinders God’s work as a loss.
