The Holy Wedding

The Bridegroom will soon call for us
To become His wedding guests.
May His voice never appall us,
Since now we are forever blessed.

We will delight to see His brightness;
Especially on His Divine Face.
For us, He became God's Righteousness;
Granting to us His Sovereign Grace.

Someday we will come before Him;
Who for us, man He became.
Now, as our Lord we adore Him,
Leaning on His precious name.

Our Father - the Giver of blessings -
Will someday give us crowns of gold.
And to His breast we will be pressed,
While He imparts blessings untold.

God will protect us from all evil;
Forever making us to be free
From the world, the flesh, and Devil;
Ridding us from all adversity.
