The smile of God

Every time you see a rainbow;
It's like seeing the smile of God.
He is saying: "I care about you."
It's like a gentle, Fatherly nod.

It's a token of His affection;
Of His blessing upon Man.
He is saying: "I will help you.
Just trust in the great I Am."

It's a reminder of His presence;
Of His always being near.
He is saying: "I am for you.
Just call on Me, and I will hear."

Every time you see a rainbow,
On a dark and gloomy day -
God is saying: " Child, I love you,
And I am with you all the way!"
