As I lay me down, to sleep.
The Shepherd watches, over this sheep.
No wolf can creep, in the night.
I am kept, by the Shepherd's light.
Safe is, my very soul.
The Shepherd holds all control.
The Shepherd sings, me a lullaby.
I have no reason to fear, nor cry.
I wake up, to the morning sun.
The night has passed, the day's begun.
The Shepherd is still, right by my side.
He is my Rock, my Hedge, my Guide.
As I lay me, down to sleep.
All is well, the Shepherd keeps.
