In His Time

Have you ever been anxious
For a prayer to be heard
You're seeking fast answers
Saying "hurry up Lord"

Well friend let me tell you
He did hear your cry
Just wait for an answer
You won't be denied

Now further I'll say
He does know what's best
Do not be disheartened
If He doesn't say yes

He formed the Universe
Placed the stars in the sky
Yes he's seen each teardrop
That lately you've cried

The answer will come
Just keep this in mind
Be anxious for nothing
For it's in His time
