What Does Jesus Look Like

I've seen the Anglo Jesus
Sandy haired, light skinned, piercing eyes
A Jewish man from what I read
And it made me kinda wonder

I've seen the Afro Jesus
With traits that fit that role
And it dawned on me
The Christ we see
Fits our own desired mold

But I am not completely sure
That's not what He intends
He sees us all just as we are
And let's us all pretend

That the Saviour we all see
Looks only like we do
So much easier to define
When He's someone just like you

But when one day we finally see
And faith gives way to touch
Just maybe we'll discover
We all look like He does
