Oh Lord, thank You for covering my sin.
You opened my heart to the dark within.
You open heaven and invited me in.
How great Your work to make me kin!

What can I say but thank You Lord!
As time draws near to cut earth's cord
And relinquish all my earthly hoard
To gain those treasures You have stored.

Soon night will turn to brilliant day
As journey ends along Your way.
A house prepared for me to stay.
In heaven's place I soon will play.

I long, My Lord to see your face.
My life a thread, yes but a trace.
Covered now with love and grace.
Your arms, I long for their embrace.
