No Matter When!

When God's answers are all unknown,
And hope now appears to have flown,
I need to trust that He is faithful,
For in His grace, I should be grateful.

When my dreams go up in flames,
And I'm desperate seeking claims,
I need to release all of my rights,
For He is willing to fight my fights.

When I am afraid of what's ahead,
And my thoughts are full of dread,
I need to rest secure in His might,
For I know He guides me with His light.

When lost and distracted in the fray,
And I have forgotten how to pray,
I need to listen to His quiet voice,
For I then can learn how to rejoice.

When wounded by my indifference,
And my "self" becomes the preference,
I need to remember what He paid,
For He always cares for what He's made.

When I am caught up in the urgent,
And all my prayers become quite fervent,
I need to stop and take a moment,
For in His truth, I have atonement.

When living safe falling on my knee,
And thankful for the joy He gives me,
I need to willingly confess sins,
For He completes me with His blessings.

When I realize, He makes me whole,
And I am singing from my soul,
I need to worship for His glory,
For He's the center of my story.

When I'm victorious in God's favor,
And I'm living free with my Saviour,
I need to praise Jesus yet again,
For He will love me, no matter when!
