A Note From Heaven

I have heard you weeping in the night,
I feel your heart filled with pain or fright.
Your struggle and confusion I see-
How doubts grow, come between you and me.
I know your words before you speak them,
The thoughts and feelings from which they stem.
You feel alone, bereft, in the dark,
Desperately seeking for a spark
To brighten the unseen way ahead.
You want to know if you've misread
The message I have given to you,
You want assurance to help you through,
Proof I've heard what you prayed fervently.
This I'll give, so listen carefully.
Beloved,
Place your confidence in Me alone,
Cling to the unfailing love I've shown.
If you can't see My will, trust My heart-
I've planned your way from the very start.
I hold you tenderly in My hand
Lean into My strength when you can't stand.
I won't let go, even when you fall.
My help is near, faster than your call.
There is nowhere from Me you can hide-
Faithfully, I remain by your side
Singing, pruning, keeping, guiding you;
Whatever befalls, I'll see you through.
Precious Child,
My love is faithful and unending.
It's not earned or on worth depending.
My care for you is without measure-
You are a delight and a treasure!
Give to Me all doubt, anger and fears
I can handle them, wipe away tears.
Remember, Dear One, I never leave.
I surround you, this you must believe.
I am the light brighter than your night,
You succeed when keeping me in sight.
If you fail, it doesn't change my love.
