For His Glory

by Mac Parks

In each and every person
God placed here on the earth,
Is a very unique talent,
But each of equal worth.

For example, take the potter
Who made jars out of clay,
In which wine was made from water
On someone's wedding day.

There also was a seamstress
Who made a robe for Him,
That healed a woman's sickness
Because she touched its hem.

God also sent a carpenter,
To make a wooden cross
On which our loving savior
Would one day hang across.

Your gift is for God's glory,
So always do your best.
Do it for Him and surely
He will do the rest.
