Blessings

by Annie B

How blessed is he whose debts;
Have freely been forgiven;
By no one but Jehovah;
Before the sight of Heaven.

Your hand was heavy on me.
My soul found no relief;
My sin hid not from You;
My strength was spent with grief.

So let the Godly seek You
In times when You are near.
In You, O Lord please give me
Your Grace for my heart to fear.

The sorrows of the wicked;
In much number shall abound;
Then, in the Lord be joyful
While His mercy will surround.
