Burst's of Spring ~

by Deborah Ann Belka © 2017

Bursts of Spring,
are in the air . . .
tiny glimpses of
days warm and fair.

A tree bud,
a poppy bloom
heals the ache
of winter’s gloom.

Bursts of Spring,
fill my sights
to warm my thoughts
on still cold nights.

A bird’s faint song,
a mostly blue sky
the last snow flake
to float on by.

Little-bitty bursts of Spring,
God is starting to send
to remind me warmer days
are just around the bend.!

Proverbs 27:25

“The hay appeareth,
and the tender grass
sheweth itself,
and herbs of the
mountains are gathered.”
