Foolishness in Children

Proverbs 22:15 Folly is bound up in the heart of a child, but the rod of discipline will drive it far away. Some people think it is mean to spank a child, but the Bible says it will drive out his foolishness. If a parent waits too long to give a spanking for an offense, they will get angry and spank the child in a mean way. If the same parent gave a rule and when the child broke the rule they gave him a spanking, the parent wouldn't be angry. Anger happens after multiple infractions of the rules.
