The Ark That Saves

There was a day in past far away
that God did send a flood.
All souls but few, yes died, it's true
and sank into the mud.

For none would listen, most went missin,
the fear of God had few.
So judgement came with all to blame,
God's wrath a fire, it's true.

The Word does quote, the Ark, a boat
that few were saved that day.
Noah, sons, and wives, God spared their righteous lives,
our God did make a way.

His word now hear, for wrath is near
A judgement's coming soon.
This age soon gone, the world with wrong,
so be found in His cocoon.

The Son, our "Ark", above the dark,
above the wrath on land.
In Him is life that breaks our strife.
with God we now can stand.

Come in the "boat", it's sure to float.
Accept God's saving cure.
With Him you'll reign now cleansed from stain.
Eternal life for sure.

Matthew 24:38
For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark.

Revelation 11:19
Then God's temple in heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of his covenant.
