Our Father in Heaven is painting portraits
Using as His canvass time
A question of utmost importance
Is a faith in Jesus mine?

His palette of color has silver and gold
Hues as jewels to behold
Applying Life by Holy Spirit touch
In Love and Truth He accomplishes such

He sees our lives as heavenly beauty
He sees what we are coming to be
The more we look to Him absolutely
The more of Christ's image to see

All colors are used in Artistic stroke
Applied to His subjects of sanctified folk
Trials and lessons of conforming view
Blend righteousness into me and you



The Master awaits an answer from you
A blank canvass is in Loving Hands
But only a willing subject will do
For eternal living portraits He plans
