Surrender

In the stillness of the morning,
I quietly plan my day.
I consider all I need to do,
And thank You as I pray.

The snow has settled o'er the land,
Lightly covering as if it's your hand.
Softly embracing the still earth,
Telling us to calm and remember Your birth.

Reminding us each day is a blessing,
A gift given from You.
A time to reflect,
A blank slate to start anew.

Let us quietly behold,
This blanket of white.
As we rest in the stillness,
And surrender to Your might.
