What is the Best Diet?
To find out, we have to go back to the beginning of the world, when God created the first two humans Adam and Eve.
What kind of life did Adam and Eve lead?
First of all, they had no cars, busses, planes or trains, so they had plenty of exercise. We should also try to have plenty of good exercise - not too much and not too little.
But what did Adam and Eve eat?
Before they sinned, they ate only plants - fruit and berries, seeds and nuts, leaves, and fresh clean water.
But after they sinned God added meat to their diet.
*Never be a pig by always eating too much.
*Stay away from fatty or very sugary foods
*Eat mostly breads, grain foods and cereals than anything else, then vegetables and fruit, then dairy foods and meats, fish and eggs, then fats or sugars.
*Look after your body and protect it from harm.
