Dress Properly

I used to live in Canterbury, about a half an hour inland from the coast. In that area, it could be sunny and warm, with no wind at the house, but if you climbed the nearby hills, you found a bitterly cold wind. This meant that, even though you were only ten minutes from home, you had to dress for winter - if you wanted to go up the hill.

In the same sort of way, Christians must remember that they are involved in a war, against Satan and Satan's control over the world, so they ought to always be wearing their full armour, and be on guard at all times.

Who knows, but teen minutes after leaving home, you may be tempted to disobey God.

The Bible says, "Put on the full armour of God so that you can take a stand against the Devil's schemes."
