Pride

Pride, the need to be right, starts arguments. If we can make humility and kindness our goal, we will see that we do not always have to be right. We can walk away from an argument before it begins. Once people start getting angry, reason leaves. Where there is no ability to reason and emotions are running high, there will be no more constructive conversation. It would be better to leave till later, or maybe never!
