Take Up Your Cross

What right do we have
To sit and complain
With all we receive
In GOD'S precious name
When the worse that we carry
Is a thorn in the side
JESUS carried a cross
That reached to the sky
For GOD said,"THIS MUST BE DONE
YOUR SUFFERING DEAR JESUS
WILL REDEEM EVERYONE"
So, with the greatest humility
The world has ever seen
JESUS gave up HIS life
For you and for me
GOD grant me the wisdom
Never to forget
Least I sin and hurt YOU
With deepest regret
Please, extend me this grace
Which I now ask of YOU
That with YOUR help
My heart may be true
