I Will Praise God's Word

I will praise God's Word,
for its powerful and true
in God's Word I will trust
in everything I do.

I will behold its wisdom,
it will be my guiding light
the lamp that directs me
whether it be, day or night.

I will praise God's Word,
I will hold it in high regard
for it will not let me down
its truth, I will not discard.

I will cling to its promises,
to give me its mighty power
I will claim its full strength
my every waking hour.

I will praise God's Word,
for it's in God, I believe
any other gospel will . . .
only mislead and deceive!

Psalm 56:10
