The light at our feet

Thy light of day might flee away
and obscure your walk with God

Yet in the night there is that light
that brightens the path you trod

Take heed thereto That light's for you
To avoid that stumbling block

God's word is light His Spirit is might
and Jesus alone is our Rock

So let us walk and always talk
with that Lamp unto our feet

May we ever learn and also yearn
'Til our Jesus we finally meet
