Walls

A God given life of blessings and pain

that even now, I stand where my shadow falls

on a trail of dreams both lost and gained

begging Him to remove these walls



Still He knows my heart and who I've been

now freely forgiven, once a thorn in His crown

His will, not mine be done, and wounds to mend

life of a sinner, once lost, now found
